Our journey

Building a successful tech company involves a journey filled with excitement, challenges, and growth. Here are some milestones we achieved along the years.

January 2022

We incorporated TransFi as a Delaware C-Corp with our offices at Tampa Florida

March 2022

We closed our pre-seed round with marquee investors including Quiet Capital and Titan Capital, and a few high quality angels

October 2022

We started as a tech sourcing platform offering digital assets ramp supported on credit and debit cards.

March 2023

We acquired our virtual exchange operator license in Lithuania, which enabled us to launch our own product.

June 2023

We launched TransFi Ramp, and began helping customers with our our first commercially available product.

August 2023

We expanded TransFi Ramp coverage to Europe, LatAm, and Africa to support more customers and currencies..

September 2023

We launched Collections and Payouts using APIs as new products in our portfolio and got our first customer Parallax

April 2024

We launched transaction platforms for Collections and Payouts making our product experience easy to sign up on and use for customers
