Are your customers asking how to pay using TransFi's invoicing tool? Here's what they should do.
Follow a step-by-step guide on how to use the invoicing tool to request payments from your customers.
Once you have successfully requested the payment from your customer, they can complete the payment following these easy steps:
Step 1: They will receive a link that you will send them either by email or by any other communication channel. They will need to click on the link which will take them to the payment form.
Step 2: Once on the payment form, they will be able to choose the digital currency in which they would like to make the payment.
They will receive detailed instructions on the exact payment you are requesting from them.
Important: The payer will have to upload their identity document for verification (KYC) before payment.
